4/8 Teulon House

GOV. II

Vicarage, now house. 1854 by S. S. Teulon. Red brick with
ashlar dressings. Plain and fish scale tile roofs. Single
stacks to the left, external of right gable and rear ridge.
Chamfered brick and ashlar plinth. 2 storeys, 4 bays contanined
within 2 gabled wings. The outer single right bay with hipped
roof projects slightly from the right gabled wing. Moulded
arched entrance with hood mould and decorative label stops, inner
chamfered arched doorway with human head label stops in the
right/side wall. To the right is a single arched window with 2
arched and cusped lights and single trefoil over, further right
is a single pointed segmental arched window with 2 arched and
cusped lights and on the far right a single pointed segmental
arched window with 3 arched and cusped lights and single transom.
Above is a single canted oriel window supported on single
decorative corbel with quatrefoil frieze below the window which
has 3 arched and cusped lights with single transom, To the right
is a single pointed segmental arched window with 2 lights and
single transom and on the far right a single pointed segmental
arched window with 3 arched and cusped lights and single transom.
