Road bridge. C.1812, under the direction of John Rennie. C20
restoration. Red brick with ashlar dressings. Elliptical arch
with red brick band over. Bowed swept walls terminating in
single square piers. Ashlar coped parapet. Some C20 patching.
The area was drained and enclosed by the engineer John Rennie.
