Dated '1887 Vigilans' above door, beneath dripmould. Plain Victorian Tudor.
Red brick and ashlar dressings. 2 storeys and attics. 3 dated rain-water-heads.
3 gables, with stone coping and finials, above 2 windows of 4, and 1 of 3 lights,
mullion and transom. String between attic and 1st floors. 1st floor has 3
windows of 6 lights, mullions and transoms. Ground floor has 1 window of 2,
1 of 4 and 1 of single light. Flanking lights to door to right, with arched
head and dripmould. Arched doorway to left in stone surround. Oriel window
to side elevation. Welsh slate roof with coped gable end to right and finial.
