The following building was de-listed on 8th August 2001.

C18 origins, later C19 features. Stone coped parapet conceals pantile roof.
3 storeys in painted brick. 5 windows, triple keystones, no glazing bars. Band
between storeys. Modern shop fronts.

Nos 20, 22 and 30 form a group with No 24, which is of local interest only. The side
elevation of No 20 also forms a group with the side elevation of No 32 Lord Street.
