Farmhouse. Late C18. c1840. Coursed ironstone rubble,
ironstone ashlar. Hipped slate roof with 3 large brick stacks
to rear. 2 storey 7 bay south west front with central doorway
with open pediment and entablature with triglyphs, supported on 2
slender columns with large fanlight and with 6 panelled door
below. Doorway flanked by 3 glazing bar sashes on each side,
with 6 smaller ones above, and diocletiain window with
rectangular and diamond tracery above the door. All the windows
have stipled stone lintels. To rear, large C19 lean-to
extension. 2 storey, 5 bay front with brick decorated eaves.
Off centre doorway with segmental head, rectangular overlight
with 3 panes and 6 panelled door. Doorway flanked by single
glazing bar sashes with segmental heads. Beyond that to the
right is a 3 light sliding sash with segmental head and a C20
glazed lean-to on brick plinth. 4 glazing bar sashes above with
small casement under brick segmental head over the door.
