Grooms House; early C19, red brick with hipped pantile roof and
central ridge stack. 2 storey front with dentillated eaves
course, 7 bay facade. The ground floor consists of a plain
wooden door at each end with 3 glazing bar sashes between. To
the 1st floor over each door is a blank opening, with 3 glazing
bar sashes between and 2 further glazing bar sashes beyond the
left hand opening. All openings have segmental brick heads.
