Cottage now shop and house; late C17 with C20 alterations and addition. Likely to have been mud and stud originally, now all underbuilt in random stretcher bond red brick with deeply overhanging hipped thatch roof with decorative ridge and 2 brick ridge stacks. Single storey with attics, 4 bay facade with off centre C20 glazed door flanked by 2 C20 glazing bar bows to left and a similar window to the right. In the roof at eaves level are 2 two light casement dormers. The addition to the rear is C20.
