TA 11 SW BROCKLESBY BROCKLESBY PARK

1/10 Brigade House

G.V. II

Groom's House, late C18, brick with hipped slate roof, one ridge
and one wall stack. Single storey 5 bay front. Central open
archway with semicircular head having rubbed brick arch with
springing and key blocks. Flanked by pairs of glazing bar
sashes with flat rubbed brick arches and raised keyblocks. The
window to left of the door has had its upper sash replaced by
plain glazing. Topped by stone parapet. Listed for group value
only.
