SK 89 SW BLYTON WHARTON

8/8 Manor Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Painted brick with
stucco dressings, pantiled roof with raised brick coped gables
and 2 gable stacks. L-plan. 2 storey with garrets, 3 bay front
and plain eaves band. Central 6 panelled door with traceried
Adam style fanlight, panelled reveals with wooden doorcase having
fluted pilasters and a flat hood on fluted brackets, flanked by
single plain sashes with to first floor 3 similar windows. All
windows have flat rusticated stucco lintels with raised
keystones.
