TF 07 NW WELTON CLIFF ROAD

5/79 No.18, (Stonecliffe
House)

II

House. Mid C17 with C20 alterations. Coursed limestone rubble
with steeply pitched half hipped pantile roof. Originally lobby
entry plan with central stack which has now been removed. Single
storey with attics, 5 bay front. Off centre C20 door has 2 light
C20 window to left and C20 3 light window to right. Beyond to
left is a further door and 2 light window. Interior has
chamfered beams with shield stops and a clasped purl in roof.
