Mid C18. Houses of 2 storeys, rendered, with slate roof with end stacks. 3
windows, 1 blocked, no glazing bars. Good moulded wood eaves cornice. No 9
has good simple doorcase with reeded pilasters and open pediments, glazed fanlights
and panelled ingoes. No 8 has modern window and shop front on ground floor.
Sundial inset in modern brick to side.

Nos 8, 9 and the Museum of the Spalding Gentlmens' Society form a group.
