2 buildings of early date, now combined. Rendered. 3 storeys. Right hand has
2 windows, no glazing bars, and an C18 ground floor bay, but modern glazing and
slate roof. 1 gabled dormer. Left hand has pantile roof and moulded eaves cornice.
C18 origins. Lower. 2 windows, hung sashes with glazing bars to top floor,
casements to 1st floor. Low door. Modern basement.

Forms a group with Nos 71 and 72 which are local interest buildings.
Also forms a visual group with Nos 71, 72 and with I and 2 Double Street
which are local interest buildings.
