Good early C18 house in red brick with hipped roof of modern slates with 2 dormers.
2 storeys. Centre clustered chimney stacks, brick cornice. 5 windows. Centre,
with 1 window, breaks forward, moulded dentil cornice and small pediment. Windows
in flush frames with straight brick arches and brick keystones, hung sashes with
glazing bars. Central window has a waved arch. Later door. Attractive porch
in iron treillage. Narrow, lower 1-window wing to each side of the main block-
to left with 1 window over door, to right with 1 window to each storey, segmentalhead
to top.

Nos 31 to 35 (consec) and the Garden Wall to No 34 form a group. (No 35 is
a local interest building).
