Early C18. 2 storeys, cement-rendered. Modern asbestos pantile roof. 2 brick
stacks. 5 windows, divided 2-3 by pilasters through all storeys and at ends,
with ball finials. Moulded cornice and small parapet. Windows have rusticated
lintels, but the fenestration is C19, with cast iron balcony on brackets at 1st
floor. Plain door of 4 panels. Foot-scrapers and rendered plinth. Part of
ground floor is modern shop front to left.

Forms a group with Nos 13 to 16 (consec) which are local interest buildings.
