House. 1767, some C20 alteration. Red brick. Slate roof. 2
C20 gable stacks. Tile coped gables. Moulded brick eaves to all
but the single central bay. Rendered plinth. 2 storeys plus
attic, 3 bays, the single central bay slightly projects. Central
doorway with panelled and glazed door with glazing bar overlight.
Either side are single tripartite casements. 2 similar casements
above with single central 2 light casement. All openings under
deep sgemental arches with flush wedge brick lintels with
keystones. Attic with 3 gabled dormers each with single plain
sash. Left gable with ashlar plaque dated 1767 and inscribed
"P.B.".
