G.V. II

House. c.1800. Colourwashed rendered brick, some painted
ashlar. Hipped slate roof with large red brick lateral stack and
single red brick stack to rear. Two and a half storeys, 3 bay
front with quoins. Central doorway with panelled door with
central moulded roundel, overlight, panelled reveal, flanking
fluted Ionic columns, entablature and modillion cornice. Either
side are single late C19 canted bay windows with raking lead
roofs, each with single glazing bar sash flanked by single narrow
glazing bar sashes. 3 glazing bar sashes above with 3 similar
smaller sashes on the top floor.
