2 shops with accommodation above. 1832. Brown brick with red
brick dressings, some render. Pantile roof with gable stacks. 3
storeys, 3 bays with high plinth and central opening to through
passageway. Passageway flanked by single doorways, that to the
right with a blocked overlight, that to the left with margin
lights, and both with partially glazed doors. Each doorway with a
bowed shop window beyond. All openings flanked by stylised ionic
pilasters. Broad continuous entablature and moulded cornice
above. 2 glazing bar sashes above flank a blind opening. 2
smaller glazing bar sashes above them flank a smaller blind
opening. All openings with flush red brick wedge lintels. West
return with datestone in gable inscribed: 'BJA 1832'.
