Listing Text

TF 23 SW
(east side)

House. Mid C17, refronted 1718, altered C19 and C20. Rough cast
with painted ashlar rusticated quoins. Pantile roof, single
rendered axial ridge stack. Lobby entry plan. 2 storey, 5 bay
front with plinth, first floor and eaves band. Central C20 door
with plain overlight, flanked by pairs of glazing bar sashes. To
first floor are 5 similar windows. All openings have segmental
heads. Above the door a datestone is inscribed "PM MDCCXVIII".
Interior has shield stopped beam in front room. Some early C18 2
panelled doors.
