Flemish bond, slate roof, 2 brick gable stacks. L-plan. 2
storey, 3 bay front having central 4 panel door with overlight,
with plain pilastered surround with quatrefoils to the angles,
flanked by single glazing bar sashes with segmental brick heads.
To first floor 3 glazing bar sashes to eaves.
