Early C19 villa. Stucco. Two storeys. Three windows. Glazing bars. Ground
floor with panelled shatters and central panelled door beneath plain semi-circular fanlight. Upper floor windows with ornamental cast iron window boxguards. Overhanging eaves and flat pitched hipped slated roof.
Cast iron railings to front boundary wall.
