Begun 1881 by George Low, architect. Conseqrated 1882. Five-bay aisled nave;
western bay shorter than others; apsidal chancel; north tower with comer turrets
and octagonal upper stage; stone spire; north porch. Lancets and plate tracery.
Interior has round piers; pointed arches with 2 chamfered orders to nave; painted
chancel with iron screen; tie-beam roofs with king-posts to nave; ribbed and
pointed tunnel vault to chancel.
