2 or 3 bays wide; brick with stucco dressings above channelled stucco ground
floor. Two bay villas with segmental heads to ground floor windows; 3 bay
villas tri-partite window to ground floor, arched heads to first floor.
Bracketed eaves cornice. Single storey stucco links between each pair.
