Architects C G Butler and J C S Souter. Similar in all essentials to Bigwood Court.
An almshouse type layout in purple brown brick with red brick dressings. Hipped
tiled roofs. Two storeys. Sash windows with transomes. Centre feature of each block
projects and contains pedimented 2 light dormers, with supporting side lights. The
doorways have architraves and bracketted hoods. Included for layout and group value
as well as for the design.
