Mainly early C18. Fine 3 storey, 7 bay brown brick house. Severe and regular; stone
quoins and coping with 4 urns. Flat stone rusticated door surround with flight of
steps. Part submerged cellars which may be part of an earlier house. Garden front
similar with steps and iron balcony at entrance level.
Interior: C17 and C18 panelling. Staircase with turned balusters. Adam style and
floral style ceilings. Several good visible chimney pieces. Two sides of Homestead
moat to the south-west.
