Architect Sir E Lutyens des 1911. One building of the same general bulk and
character as the Vicarage but designed for 2 occupations, with simple detail and with
principal doors on the north-west and south-east elevations. The ground floor
windows are camber headed and the arrangement of dormers is as at the Vicarage.
