Architect - Sir E Lutyens. A terrace range occupying the south-west corner of the
Square. Two storeys of grey brick with red brick dressings. Doorcases with
architraves, pulvinated frieze and pedimented cornice. No 3 has a projecting end with
a canted bay window of 2 storeys. All the ground storey windows are square headed
and all first floor windows are camber headed. Dormers with camber heads and
cornices. Stacks with moulded brick bed moulds and stone cornices. Nos 16, 17 and
18 has a 5 window front to Heathgate.
