"William and Mary Georgian". Architect Sir Edwin Lutyens. On the Wren plan of
recessed centre and side wings. Two storeys and dormers. Centre door with
wood doorcase in stone design, with broken pediment. Balustraded parapet.
Camber arched windows to the ground storey of wings. A brick niche to the
first storey of wings. The recessed centre is of 3 window bays the middle being
a blank. One dormer above the one dormer to each wing. The whole is of silver
grey and purple bricks with red brick dressings. There is a moulded wood eaves
cornice. Of the return elevations, that to the south-east has 3 windows, those
to ground floor with camber heads and 3 dormers. That to north-west has 5 to
ground floor and 3 to first floor and also 3 dormers.
