Baptist Church
TQ 29 NE 3/2


Circa 1872, by W Allen Dixon. Renaissance with tinge of Romanesque. Gault and
yellow stock brick and some stone dressings. Three bay Palladian Temple front,
the central bay higher by an attic stage, pedimented and supported by carved stone
scrolls. Pilasters of brick, doubled to central bay. Round headed double doors
and windows (The central of which is 2 light with oculus in tympanum).
