Circa 1915. By Soutar Welsh. Two storeys, red brick, 1-3-1 wood mullioned leaded
casements, mostly with transoms. Ends project. Round arcaded treatment to centre
ground floor, round headed door. Coved eaves cornice to centre, smaller coved eaves
elsewhere. Hipped tile roof. Three hipped dormer windows.
