1883 by E Gruning. 4 storeys and garret above a basement. 3 windows. Red brick. Ground floor channelled. Doorway with large stone hood supported on brackets. Ground and 1st floor windows with stucco surrounds. Rubbed red brick architraves to 2nd floor windows. Richly modelled modillion cornice above 2nd floor. Plain attic and pedimented dormer windows. Ornamental rectangular panels beneath 2nd floor window.
