1888, by Aston Webb and Ingress Bell (?) Portland stone front in style of late
gothic derivation. 3 storeys plus basement and dormers. 3 wide windows under
5 centred arches, the central openings, above the entrance, being at mezzanine
level and lighting the staircase. Wood mullions and transoms. Cornice plus 2
stone dormers and another dormer set back in centre. 2 ornamental rainwater heads.
