Late C19. Stone. 4 storeys and 2 roof-storeys. Ground storey rusticated with
3 round-headed windows with projecting keystones surmounted by cornice. Entrance
bay with console-bracketed open broken-back segmental pediment over swagged oieul-de-boeuf. Giant order of attached fluted and cabled Corinthian columns with paired terminal pilasters to 1st and 2nd storeys, raised on pedestals with balustade between. Paired sash windows, pedimented to 1st floor with Ionic colonnettes, architraved to 2nd with bracketed sills. Plain frieze and modillion cornice with attic above with balustrade carrying large consoles alternating
with pedimented dormers to form lower roof-storey. Plainer roof-storey superimposed.
