Mid/later C19. Classical, corner building of unusually refined design. 3 storeys
plus recessed attic. 4 windows plus 5 to return. Simple ground storey of polished
pink granite with 2 pedimented doorways, 1 disused and other with panel of anthemion
decoration over: altered glazing. Upper part of Portland stone with Corinthian
order of pink granite columns to each main storey. 1st floor windows pedimented
with carved decoration. Slated roof.
