Late C19 stone. Basement and 4 storeys plus 2 added recessed attics. Ground storey
with rusticated pilasters carrying plain frieze and cornice. Corinthian order
of pilasters on tall pedestals to 1st and 2nd storeys, part fluted over relief
panels, with principal frieze and cornice over. 3rd storey attic with tuscan pilaster
order carrying further cornice and balustrade with dies and urns. Windows throughout
grouped in pairs, those above ground storey separated by attached Ionic colonettes.
