Pair of good, mid C18 houses. 4 storeys plus basement. Each 4 windows. Yellow
brick with painted bands and cornice below top storey. Identical doorways with
engaged Ionic columns and pediments. Slated roof to No 12. No 13 tiled. Lead
rainwater-head. Area railings. Good staircase (timber) to No 13.
