1861-2 by John Young and Son. Corner building of polychrome brick with painted
dressings. 5 storeys. Canted corner. Round arched openings grouped in pairs
and trios with small, enriched columns. Stuccoed facing to arcaded ground storey
and to most of 1st floor. Enriched, crowning cornice.
