Mid C19. Classical, of Portland stone. 4 storeys and attic above prominent cornice; 3 bays wide with quoins at party walls. Ground floor with order of engaged Tuscan columns the entablature breaking forward over the columns. Bracketed cornices to 1st floor windows; plain cornices to 2nd floor windows; simple moulded surrounds to 3rd floor of attic windows.
