Dated 1860 (on 2nd floor lintel); by W.G Bartlett; three storeys and attic. Narrow three bay frontage of Portland stone and red granite with richly carved decoration to pilaster capitals, and spandrels. Heavy dentilled and bracketed cornice breaking forward over central bay. Elaborate central dormer to attic with semi-circular pediment containing shell tympanum.
