Early C20. 5 storeys. Front of Portland stone with some grey granite to huge,
semi-circular arch of ground storey, filled with light screen of timber and glass.
Shallow bow to 3 storeys above with mullioned and transomed windows, flanked by
rounded turrets. Row of arched windows to top storey with segmental gable above.
