1891, by T F Colcutt. Corner building in modified C16 Flemish style. Pale red
brick and pink terra cotta with arched ground storey in grey granite. Tiled roof.
4 storeys. Canted corner entrance with hood. Polygonal turret above with copper
dome. Gables to front and return. Rear reduced in height to 2 and 3 storeys.
