1562-73, much altered and reconstructed. Red brick with stone dressings. 2 oriels
at west end. Louvre to roof. Interior has richly carved hammerbeam roof and screen. C16 and C17 stained glass. Basement, at ground level on south side. Entrance tower and additions to east and south date from 1st half C19: 2 and 3 storeys Tudor Gothic style: yellow brick with stone dressings and slated roof. Scheduled AM.
