1885 by St Aubyn. Neo Elizabethan. Red brick with stone dressings. East front
of 8 gabled bays, 4 storeys basement and attic, with stone moulded string courses
at ground, 1st and 2nd floor window head level and cornice above 3rd floor. 3
storey battlemented canted bay windows to centre 2 and terminal bays. Paired stone
mullioned and transomed windows to each bay. 8 identical triangular gables containing
attic windows. Modest entrances with doorways beneath 4-centred arches and rectangular
labels. Tiled roof and grouped stacks with prominent oversailing courses. Gabled
end elevations, the south end with wide battlemented canted bay window. Rainwater
heads with Agnus Dei and dated 1885.
