Late C18, altered. Formerly part of Port of London Authority's Cutler Street Warehouses.
6 storeys, top I added. Pinkish yellow brick with slight dressings of Portland
stone. Flat and segmental arches to windows. Recessed centre with modern entrance
and stucco to ground storey. Archway under left hand wing. Band below 4th storey
and parapet to slated roof.
