1875 by F C Chanceller (?) Narrow building of 6 storeys. Red brick and sandstone,
with terracotta. 6 light mullioned and transomed windows to each storey between
broad, buttressed piers banded in line with tile heads and cills of the windows.
Terracotta frieze between storeys with equestrian procession. 5th floor treated
as projecting dormer with high pyramidal slate roof carrying a weather vane.
