Dated 1859. By l'Anson (Building News). Modified Italianate style. Red brick and Portland stone. Four storeys plus basement and mansard. Seven windows. Arcaded ground storey with columns to centre and carving to caps and spandrels. Round-arched and corniced windows to first and second storeys. Top floor windows square-headed with brick panels between large modillion cornice. Four stone shields to second storey. Flanks now partly exposed and refaced.
