1910 by A Pelly. Simple classical. 3 storeys and roof storey. 7 bays. Stone
with grey granite base. Channelled ground floor, door with grey granite architrave
and oval window over, with sculpted oak leaves. 1st floor windows with stone balustrades
2nd floor, plain rectangular windows. Plain frieze and mutule cornice, balustraded
parapet over with stone dormers with segmental pediments to left and right. Slated
roof and tall chimney stacks.
