Said to date from 1767. Large house of 4 storeys above a basement. Front stuccoed
in C19 with cornice (perhaps original) below top storey and rusticated ground storey.
Cornice hood to entrance on decorated brackets. Cast iron railings to area and
pair of seated marble lions flanking steps. Original features internally include
mutule cornice and archway in hall, another archway to the 1st floor landing, an
enriched cornice to the 1st floor front room and the main staircase with slender
balusters, column-newels and panelled dado. Front room on 2nd floor well fitted
mid/later C19. Rear of no interest.
