1925, by Mewe s and Davis. Stone, 3 storeys plus an attic. Channelled ground floor.
Door to left with rope twist surround and pediment. Above and behind this a deep
concave front of 3 bays with coupled giant Ionic pilasters and attached columns rising
through 1st and 2nd floors. To the right 3 bays with giant Ionic pilasters rising
through 1st and 2nd floors. Victorian scroll frieze and balustraded parapet at 1st
floor level runs across whole building. Dentilled cornice at attic floor level.
