Late C18 house. 3 storeys and attic, 3 windows, large scale. Brownish brick,
largely covered by creepers. Decorative frieze, cornice and parapet. High
pitched leaded roof. 2 large, square dormers of late C19 appearance. Gauged,
flat brick arches to 1st and 2nd floor sash windows with glazing bars in stucco
lined reveals. All but 2 sashes renewed. Wide stone 1st floor band. Renewed
3-light ground floor windows. 5 steps to door of 2 flat and 4 fielded panels,
with fluted cornice head and radial patterned fanlight, in panelled reveal within
radially fluted architrave. Prostyle Tuscan porch has open pediment enriched
with dentils, panelled soffit and paterae to friezes.

Nos 87 to 93 (odd) form a group.
