Circa 1840, unified composition. Centre section (No 49) of 3 storeys and basement,
3 windows, projects slightly and has low pitched, hipped slate roof. Side sections,
of 2 storeys, attic and basement, 2 windows, have gable ended slate roofs with
hipped dormer in inner bay and tiny window under deeply overhanging eaves in
outer bay. Stuccoed fronts. All windows sashes with glazing bars in plain reveals
except for recently-inserted, rounded oriel bays on ground floor at either side
of door to No 49. Centre section of No 49 slightly recessed. Ground floor windows
of Nos 47 and 51 in square headed recesses. All have 7 steps to prostyle porches,
Nos 47 and 51 with plain, square columns, No 49 with fluted, round columns.
Garage inserted in basement at right of No 49.
